GMA stands for the Grocery Manufacturers Association, the organization that helped establish the standard 48×40 pallet design used throughout the United States. Today, the organization is known as the Consumer Brands Association (CBA), but the term “GMA pallet” continues to be the industry standard.

Because of their consistent dimensions and construction, GMA pallets are widely accepted by manufacturers, warehouses, distribution centers, grocery suppliers, retailers, and logistics companies.

.Heat-treated (HT) GMA pallets are available for customers shipping internationally. These pallets comply with ISPM-15 export requirements and are stamped accordingly for international trade.

Standard block pallets are one of the strongest and most versatile pallet designs used throughout North America. Built with solid wood blocks instead of stringers, they provide increased strength, stability, and durability for a wide range of shipping and material handling applications.
